Our walks are all 2 to 3 miles, easy going and usually depart from  Sunderland Park Lane Metro or Sunderland Interchange. If you are interested in any of the above walks then further information can be obtained from Mr Barry Cook – Telephone 0191 5656892. or James Baker 0191 5226750

Care has been taken to ensure all walks are of a comfortable distance on relatively level terrain. However as with all activities it is important that each member or guest remembers he or she has a responsibility to wear appropriate clothing and strong footwear, and to identify the hazards associated with the activity and take all reasonable precautions to minimize the potential for an accident to arise.

If you require regular medication i.e.; G.T.N spray etc, would you ensure you have it with you?
